Internet Service Providers (ISPs) Member of BDIX

BDIX is a not-for-profit venture of the Sustainable Development Networking Foundation (SDNF) Bangladesh. SDNF is the transformed entity of SDNP (UNDP). BDIX has been established for provide physical interconnection for its members to exchange Internet traffic through BDIX. BDIX is developed under the scope of the NIX guidelines of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).

Main goal is to keep local traffic locally.

If your ISP is the member of BDIX, you can be assured that they are providing you the appropriate and optimum internet speed to your computer. Like to browse local sites e.g. bdjobs.com, bdnews24.com, prothom-alo.com, dsebd.org, etc. - you don't have to have global internet connection... or even you can browse these sites or send email to your friend/boss, when submarine cable is down or tear.

Also using the service of BDIX member ISPs, you can use any company's IP-Phone in your residence and office.

George Bush's Final News Conference

I was watching the final News Conference of US President George Bush on the White House Succession program and I am amazed. Killing thousands of fresh lives, killing a world leader like Saddam Hossain in a trial now the president is admitting that he is dissapointed for not finding WMD??? and also does he believe that killing muslims, cutting the powers of muslims are the only way to protect USA? He admitted that he did the right thing what he felt right. Now how he can repay those lives and the destroy he did??? What did he meant by the Mission Accomplished after the IRAQ war ends??? Anyway, when Allah thinks a man should be punished, He can do it within a moment. This president of US really deserves the shoe of muslims in his face. May Allah place the departed souls to heaven. Ameen.
