BDIX is a not-for-profit venture of the Sustainable Development Networking Foundation (SDNF) Bangladesh. SDNF is the transformed entity of SDNP (UNDP). BDIX has been established for provide physical interconnection for its members to exchange Internet traffic through BDIX. BDIX is developed under the scope of the NIX guidelines of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). Main goal is to keep local traffic locally. If your ISP is the member of BDIX, you can be assured that they are providing you the appropriate and optimum internet speed to your computer. Like to browse local sites e.g. bdjobs.com, bdnews24.com, prothom-alo.com, dsebd.org, etc. - you don't have to have global internet connection... or even you can browse these sites or send email to your friend/boss, when submarine cable is down or tear. খাঁচার ভিতর অচিন পাখি কেমনে আসে যায় তারে ধরতে পারলে মন বেড়ি দিতাম পাখির পায়ে। I wonder how the stranger bird flies in and out of that cage..!!!... only if I could catch it,.. I would put my heart's fetter on the bird's feet... আট কুঠুরী নয় দরজা আটা মধ্যে মধ্যে ঝরকা কাঁটা তার উপরে সদর কোঠা আয়না মহল তায়ে। (It's got) eight rooms with nine closed doors... with windows in between, and at the top ( you'll find ) is the main room... there is the mirror house in there... কপালের ফের নইলে কি আর, পাখিটির এমন ব্যবহার... খাঁচা ভেঙ্গে পাখি আমার কোন খানে পালায়। it's gotta be fate.. or else why would the bird behave like this..!?!... my bird.. breaking the cage flies away.. i dont know where... মন তুই রইলি খাঁচার আসে... খাঁচা যে তোর কাঁচা বাঁশের, কোন দিন খাঁচা পড়বে খসে... ফকির লালন কেঁদে কয়। o my heart, still hanging on to the desire for that cage...
